My name is Marisol, and I am pursuing a dual Master's in Connective Media @ Cornell Tech and have previously studied Integrated Design & Media @ NYU.

As someone who has experienced confusing products, I've wasted time clicking around, googling, asking a friend, calling customer service, and sometimes just giving up. That's exactly why I want to shape the products people use multiple times throughout their day, making them so intuitive that they don't have to think about them, so they can spend that time and energy on what actually matters to them. I've put this into practice designing enterprise tools at Microsoft and a luxury travel platform at Nomado, along with analyzing customer experience data at Samsung.
